The Rothberg Institute for Childhood Diseases is a non-profit research institution devoted to discovering, developing and delivering to patients novel chemical and biological therapies for the treatment of Tuberous Sclerosis and other childhood diseases. We are applying innovating drug discovery strategies and operate at the intersection of molecular biology, chemistry, and nanotechnology. We are located on the picturesque Connecticut shoreline in Guilford, CT.
While our location offers panoramic views of Long Island Sound and the town marina, our facility is state of the art. TRI employees enjoy a rare opportunity to network with leading scientists, institutions and physicians in discovering and developing cures for childhood diseases – all within 20 minutes of Yale University and New Haven.
